Midi Skirt & Sweater | Day Trip to Apple Hill
Ich weiß, in zwei Tagen ist Weihnachten, aber diesen Herbst-Throwback kann ich euch nicht vorenthalten. Ende November war ich mit meinem Freund bei seiner Familie in Sacramento, der Hauptstadt Kaliforniens. Etwa 45 Minuten entfernt befindet sich Apple Hill mit über 50 Höfen, die vor allem Äpfel und Gemüse anbauen. Besonders im Herbst/Winter sind die Vibes dort einfach magisch. Inspiriert von Instagram Posts konnte ich mir das natürlich nicht entgehen lassen und so haben mein Freund und ich einen Tagesausflug dorthin gemacht. Ich kann euch sagen: Es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Mein Highlight war aber dieser cozy Look mit Midi-Rock und Sweater.
EN | I know it’s Christmas in two days, but I couldn’t keep this fall throwback from you. At the end of November my boyfriend and I visited his family in Sacramento, California’s capital. Approximately 45 minutes away is Apple Hill, where over 50 apple and veggie farms are located. Especially during fall and winter the vibes there are magical. Inspired by Instagram posts I couldn’t miss out on that, so my boyfriend and I took a day trip there. I can tell you: It was so worth it. However, my highlight was this cozy look with midi skirt and sweater.
Ich bin soo verliebt in dieses Outfit! Den Rock trage ich fast nie, aber diesmal hat er einfach 100% zu den Vibes gepasst.

Dieser Apfel-Pecan Kuchen war ziemlich sicher der beste Kuchen den ich je gegessen habe. Warm serviert mit einer Kugel Vanilleeis war er eine absolute Gaumenfreude. Und ein warmer Kaffee durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen.
EN | I’m pretty sure that apple-pecan pie was the best pie I’ve ever had. Served warm with a scoop of vanillas ice cream – just delicious. And, of course, a hot coffee had to come with it.
Sollte es euch je nach (Nord-)Kalifornien verschlagen kann ich euch einen Besuch in Apple Hill nur empfehlen. Jede Farm hat kleine Shops, in denen sie selbstgemachte Lebensmittel und süße Dekoartikel verkaufen. Außerdem sind wir auf eine kleine Kunstausstellung und Schmuckstände gestoßen. Da hätte ich stundenlang bummeln können.
EN | If you ever make it to (Northern-)California, I can only recommend you a visit to Apple Hill. Every farm has little shops where they sell self-made food and cute decorations. We also came across a little art exhibition and jewelry sellers. I could have spent hours strolling around.
Auf dem Rückweg durften wir dann auch noch einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang erleben.
EN | On the way back we even witnessed an absolutely stunning sunset.

Eis geht sowieso immer 😀 Och ich mag Marmelade sehr gerne, esse sie zwar auch nicht so oft, aber hab immer wieder meine Phasen.
Ein toller Post mit einem super schönen Outfit =) Die Kombi aus dem Pulli und dem Midi Skirt is echt super süß und würde ich auch so tragen.
In Kalifornien war ich leider noch nie, steht aber ganz oben auf meiner Bucket Liste. Der Apfel-Pecan-Kuchen sieht auch echt mega aus, würde ich definitiv auch probieren wenn ich mal in der Nähe wäre 😀
