Christmas Wishlist 2022 | Yup, I’m a Basic B

Hallo Dezember! Der letzte Monat des Jahres ist angebrochen und das heißt: Weihnachten steht vor Tür. Ich weiß nicht wie es euch geht, aber je älter ich werde desto weniger Weihnachtswünsche habe ich. Das könnte auch daran liegen dass ich nicht mehr so wie früher eine Wunschliste schreibe, sondern versuche mir übers Jahr hinweg alles was ich gerne hätte irgendwie zu merken. Natürlich habe ich am Ende des Jahres das meiste vergessen – vor allem wenn mich jemand direkt fragt, was ich gebrauchen könnte. Dieses Jahr habe ich mir etwas Zeit genommen, mich hingesetzt und überlegt: “ja, was wünsche ich mir eigentlich?” Tatsächlich sind mir einige Dinge eingefallen – und die möchte ich mit euch teilen. Ich habe eine Wunschliste zusammengestellt, die hoffentlich der einen oder anderen entweder helfen wird eine eigene Liste zu kreieren oder als Inspiration für Geschenkideen für Familie oder Freunde dienen wird.

 

EN | Hello December! The last month of the year has begun and that means: Christmas is right around the corner. I don’t know about you, but the older I get, the less Christmas wishes I have. This could also be due to the fact that I don’t write a wish list anymore like I used to but try to remember everything I want throughout the year. Unsurprisingly, by the end of the year, I have forgotten most of it – especially when someone asks me directly what I want. This year I took some time, sat down and asked myself, “what DO I want?” I came up with some things and want to share them with you. I put together a wish list that will hopefully help some of you either make your own lists or serve as inspiration for Christmas gifts for family or friends.

DE | Ich weiß, ich weiß – ich bin basic. Aber hey, es sind alles Dinge die ich entweder wirklich gebrauchen könnte oder regelmäßig tragen würde. Die meisten Teile auf der Liste sind mit unter oder bis zu $100 tatsächlich auf der günstigeren Seite, bis auf zwei Ausnahmen: Die Kaffeemaschine (in die ich mich absolut verliebt habe) ist mit knapp $200 definitiv ein größeres Geschenk. Die Kette mit Engelsflügel-Anhänger ist mit etwas über $200 auch eher auf der Luxusseite. Es gibt aber ähnliche Modelle die günstiger sind und trotzdem wunderschön.

EN | I know, I know – I’m basic. But hey, those are all things I could either really use or that I would wear regularly. Most pieces on the list are on the more affordable side with under/up to $100, with two exceptions: the coffee machine (which I absolutely fell in love with) costs around $200, so it’s definitely a bigger present. The necklace with the angel wings pendant is a little more than $200, so it’s also a little more on the luxury side. However, there are many similar models that are cheaper but still super pretty.
